Re: Resignation from Current Post

I am writing to formally notify you that I am resigning from my position as Customer Support with SecureXpress-INX Sdn Bhd. My last day of employment will be on Monday, September 28, as per the responsibilities under the terms of my employment contract.

Thank you for the professional and personal development you have assisted me in almost 3 month. I consider just about everyone I have met here to be friends of mine now. However, between my teaching load and writing work, my career has taken a different direction and I feel is time to move onto new opportunities and a challenges.

I hope that this two-weeks notice is sufficient for you to find a replacement for me. I regret any inconvenience that this will cause, and will do my best to have my current works finished before my last day. I wish you and the company much success.
